After spending the first few months of 2021 in the U.K. lockdown, Born To Be Wild With My Brother By My Side Shirt house-bound with very little reason to dress up, I’d forgive you for thinking you never wanted to see a pair of leggings again. And if so, you’re not alone. As we slowly emerge from our collective hibernation and restrictions begin to ease across the country, there seems to be a renewed sense of enthusiasm that comes with getting dressed. Whether it be popping out for a quick coffee with a friend or venturing to your local park, Brits are finding reasons to dress up. Proving exactly this sentiment, last month, photographer Michaela Efford and I ventured to East London’s Broadway Market (a hot spot for fashion lovers, if you don’t already know that) in search of some stylish individuals to photograph. On our way, we serendipitously came across familiar influencers, models-off-duty, fashion designers, and other creatives, all of whom were strolling through their local shopping strip with style to boot. From vintage leather jackets to spring-ready floral dresses and Converse high-tops by the dozen, keep scrolling to see what women are really wearing in London right now.

As soon as trends appear on the radar of the fashion industry, Born To Be Wild With My Brother By My Side Shirt it’s only a matter of time before it either fizzles out or transcends into the upper echelons of classic staples. For sock boots, many might’ve predicted hat the fitted shoe style would fall into the former of the two. However, the trendy boot has—perhaps surprisingly—returned for another year. And now, fashion enthusiasts are taking the style and creating an endless number of outfits with sock booties for the fall and winter. By now, you’ve probably already figured out how to style this once-confusing-but-viral trend. However, the sock boot has taken on a new look for 2019, and fashion girls are following suit. If you’re eager to update your sartorial portfolio with an arsenal of new outfit ideas featuring sock boots, you’ve come to the right place. We all want to look like our most polished selves, don’t we? While, sadly, I’m not here to provide you with a week at a spa or an endless allowance at The Row, I am here to bring you a treasure trove of the most expensive-looking pieces on the high street every week. It’s my mission to prove that you can find premium pieces to elevate your wardrobe without the designer price tag and to make it easy for you to pinpoint the items on the high street that are really worth adding to your wardrobe. There are some amazing gems out there that your friends won’t believe aren’t designer, but there’s a lot to sift through to find them. That’s where I come in. As a Who What Wear editor, I scroll new-in collections as a hobby, and I can spot an expensive-looking (and -feeling) piece a mile away. I’ll be adding the best bits I find to this list. Some may be more “affordable” than others, but you can be confident every piece is here because I believe it offers great value.
