Does the perfect screen print exist. Japanese Dbz Vegeta Epic Blue Skyness Dragon Ball shirt How many times have you tried and failed at getting the perfect print ? Brett Bowden, owner of screen print shop Printed Threads has been in the business long enough to have learned all the best printing practices that took him from amateur level to now one of the most sought out printers in the country. He also gives presentations and demonstrations to thousands of printers a year, so you could say he’s an expert in his craft. So what is the perfect print? Is there really such a thing? In Brett’s opinion, the perfect print is subjective on the message that is coming across. To achieve such a task, it takes a few key factors: premium apparel, a meaningful design, and a great touch and feel. When you stick to those substantial pillars, you’re sure to see success.

Our design shown is super playful with lots of cool space graphics and colors. Japanese Dbz Vegeta Epic Blue Skyness Dragon Ball shirt It looks like a cut and sew product, but we’re going to show you how we achieved this through screen printing: Using a soft plastisol ink, print in four locations: front, back, and both sleeves, for an all over look. Because our sponge fleece is so premium, it compresses smoothly, even over the heavy seams and pockets, without any texture or breakage. For our design, we topped it off with a four color SPACE print using red, purple, blue and yellow. We recommend printing on our White or Vintage White Street Fleece to really make your design pop. Our method would fool most screen printers, leading them to believe it was a cut and sew piece. Would you do this design any differently? What part will you try and how will you make this your own? Let us know how it worked out for you in the comments below!
